Experience over theory

B&R Elite Arms was started with a simple premise: Develop the next generation of pistols, built around a proven platform but with re-engineered, modern internals. What followed was a multi-year process of re-thinking, tinkering, and testing almost every element of firearm design.

From protoype to production

The components of the first prototypes were milled by hand, in our garage, on our personal lathe. This allowed for every single component, angle, and interface to be completely re-engineered to solve common pain-points only familiar to avid-shooters.

The ability to test the firearm’s performance by hand, directly in parallel with the design process, also allowed for incremental, iterative improvements. Subtle nuances, fraction-of-millimeter changes, and almost imperceptible angle adjustments began to align on an optimal design. The result of these efforts is T-LOS, the first pistol designed specifically around the 10MM.

Retaining the hands-on roots of the initial product’s design, we at B&R Elite Arms still personally inspect and verify the quality of every single pistol they manufacture, guided not by theory or efficiency, but by experience.
